About Llucmajor

A traditional town in the southern corner of the island

Llucmajor is located inland from the south coast and has a thriving community which does not rely wholly on tourism. Based at the foot of the Randa hills, the town has excellent access both to the airport and the city of Palma. There is a lighthouse nearby at Cap Blanc and a hilltop sanctuary called "Santuari de Cura" with fabulous views from the Randa hills. There is a weekly market on a Sunday.
